Below is a list of supplies most needed when we visit Kawete, Uganda. Monetary donations are always welcome to help with on-going needs at CCLS-Uganda.
Supplies Most Needed
We are currently unable to take medications through customs in Uganda. Please consider a monetary donation to offset the cost of purchasing needed medical supplies in Uganda.
The Meds/Supplies that will be most useful are: Claritin or Loratidine 10mg tabs Lamisil or Terbinafine Cream for fungal infections of the skin (Not Lotrimin or Clotrimazole). Chewable Multivitamin Tabs for Children (Not gummies) Women’s Daily Vitamins or Prenatal Vitamins Advil, Motrin or Tylenol tabs Colace (Docusate Sodium) tabs for constipation Pedialyte Packets to mix with water for fluid replacement when children are dehydrated Pepcid (Famotidine), Zantac (Ranitidine), Prevacid, Prilosec (generic is ok) for reflux disease |
The School Supplies that will help
the most are: Non-mechanical Pencils (pre-sharpened) Erasers Black, Blue and Red Pens Rulers All of the supplies mentioned above may be dropped off at Concordia Lutheran Church in Kirkwood, MO, Christ Community Lutheran School in Kirkwood and Webster Grove, MO or arranged to be picked up.

The Personal Care Items that are not too heavy to pack are:
Individually wrapped toothbrushes Dental Floss Travel size toothpaste Eye glasses (readers or prescription) (All other items such as deodorant and soap are purchased there as they weigh too much. Monetary donations are always appreciated for these supplies.) Also needed:
